Overview

People & Culture (HR) Partner - Warner Bros. Studio Tour London (WBSTL) at Warner Bros. Discovery. You will provide generalist HR support across the business, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies while promoting best practice in all areas of HR. Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and employee relations.

You’ll also support the People & Culture Director in delivering key people initiatives, contributing to projects that enhance employee experience and drive continuous improvement across Warner Bros. Studio Tour London and Retail operations.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to management, advising on all people-related matters.
  • Align HR support with business goals and organisational changes.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations issues including absence, misconduct, and grievances.
  • Provide timely guidance on HR policies and general queries.
  • Coordinate manager workshops and HR training aligned with legislation as well as transformation projects.
  • Support performance management and recruitment processes using Workday.
  • Organise and support HR-led events and initiatives.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Partner, with strong employee relations and up-to-date employment law knowledge
  • Solid background in recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, visitor attractions, logistics, or direct-to-consumer operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in HR systems (such as Workday) and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a calm and professional approach

Hybrid Working

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
