Your New Role… As People & Culture Advisor, for a 12 month FTC, you will be providing seamless P&C advisory, generalist and administration support. You will be assisting the UKI People & Culture Partnering team in providing seamless support to multiple business areas including joint ventures and leaders based in the UK, connecting with US and EMEA colleagues as relevant. Supporting across the People & Culture team with people related actions that interface with other areas of the People & Culture org, such as Employee Connection, Compensation and Talent Acquisition.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Act as a first point of contact for managers on employee matters
- Lead employee relations end to end, across sickness, absence, performance, conduct and grievances.
- Be our day-to-day interface with the Employee Connections team to help facilitate all requests for headcount additions or changes, ensure that job descriptions, org charts and any other relevant reports are updated accordingly.
- General administration and coordination activities such as coordination of work experience, liaising with Finance in relation to PO’s and invoices, WorkDay tasks.
- Support the P&C Director and leaders with all people and organisational change as well as with BAU people processes.
Qualifications & Experience…
- Proven experience in a HR Advisory role
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast paced, matrix organization
- Strong employee relations experience
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Strong knowledge of WorkDay system
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
