Your New Role... We’re looking for a Learning and Development BP who will be part of the Learning & Development Team, supporting end to end processes, initiatives and activities related to L&D.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Work in close partnership with the L&D Director EMEA and the People & Culture (P&C) partners to design and deliver local or regional programs for some EMEA Markets and business, including any ad hoc initiatives.
- Develop a close trusting relationship with managers and directors across the Markets and business to understand development needs for employees and teams and proactively deliver effective learning solutions to support these needs either with trusted partners or facilitating directly in English and potential local languages where needed (German).
- Design, develop and deliver innovative face-to-face and virtual learning initiatives across the EMEA market and business.
- Develop engaging learning materials and resources and curate relevant learning content.
- Project manage and coordinate logistics for scheduling, registration and tracking attendance for global learning programs.
- Host live learning speaker sessions, facilitate sessions and moderate panels.
- Identify external experts and find the best way to impart their knowledge to scale.
Qualifications & Experience...
- Must be fluent in both German and English.
- Experience in facilitation and instructional design.
- Great presentation and facilitation skills - both virtually and in-person.
- Project management skills with experience in managing a portfolio of learning projects.
- The ability to work independently, collaboratively and lead multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively across different business teams, global locations and with external partners.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
