Your New Role... Based at Warner Bros. De Lane Lea in Soho, we're looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Runner to oversee our Runner team and ensure our clients receive an exceptional level of service at every stage of their experience. As the Lead Runner, you'll be at the centre of our daily operations, leading a dedicated team while ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You'll play a key role in creating a seamless environment for clients, talent and production teams, balancing people leadership with hands-on operational support in a fast-paced and creative setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned studio and play a vital role in supporting some of the industry's most innovative projects.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Manage the team of Runners including sourcing, onboarding, training, scheduling and day-to-day supervision
  • Act as the primary contact from other staff and clients for any Runner requests or issues
  • Liaise with Reception to cover responsibilities and schedules
  • Ensure the cafe bar is operating effectively by managing stock levels, maintenance issues and cleanliness
  • Be able to step into cover cafe bar service or Reception duties when needed
  • Organise staff, client or 3rd party events including food and drink service and other details
  • Ensure a smooth new client experience at WBDLL by curating the client welcome pack and any other initiatives.
  • Liaise with Bookings and Producers ahead of client attended sessions
  • Support Reception and Maintenance with cutting room inventories in order to update Bookings regarding move ins/move outs

Qualifications & Experiences...

  • Previous experience of managing a team in a hospitality or post production facility role
  • Previous barista or cafe bar experience
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to create immediate rapport with a range of contacts
  • Computer literate. In particular, very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

#SOOnsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
