Studio Operations Assistant in Liverpool

• To deliver, arrange, remove & track furniture for clients, taking care to protect Warner Bros. assets.
• To occasionally work offsite, delivering and installing furniture and collecting items from offsite offices/suppliers.
• Monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site.
• Snow/ice clearance when required.
• Adhere to all Warner Bros. site, Health & Safety, and waste policies.
• To regularly inspect & maintain department vehicles to always ensure safety on the roads.
• Maintain, clean, and report any problems with vehicles.
• Meet and communicate with clients regarding job requests and updates on the progress of these requests.
• Occasional ad-hoc work assisting other departments.

This role is primarily a manual handling role and can be extremely physical at times. It involves frequent lifting, carrying, moving, loading, and unloading furniture and equipment. Applicants must be comfortable with consistent physical work and manual handling.,

• Previous experience in a physically demanding, manual handling or labour-intensive role (e.g., furniture removals, facilities, logistics, warehouse or similar).
• Full UK driving licence with experience driving vans.
• Ability to work with technology and various software packages, such as I-Auditor, Planon, and Microsoft Office
• Experience working in a customer service environment.

#SO Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Your New Role... You'll play a hands-on role supporting the Studio Operations Coordinator, Manager, and wider team, helping to keep the department running smoothly and safely while delivering a high level of service across the site. This is a practical, on-the-ground position where you'll be actively involved in the day-to-day operations that support our clients and production teams.
