Responsibilities
- Deliver, arrange, remove and track furniture for clients, taking care to protect Warner Bros. assets.
- Occasionally work offsite, delivering and installing furniture and collecting items from offsite offices and suppliers.
- Monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site.
- Perform snow and ice clearance when required.
- Adhere to all Warner Bros. site, Health & Safety and waste policies.
- Regularly inspect and maintain department vehicles to ensure safety on the roads.
- Maintain, clean, and report any problems with vehicles.
- Meet and communicate with clients regarding job requests and updates on the progress of these requests.
- Occasionally assist other departments with ad-hoc work.
Skill & Experience Requirements
- Physical fitness and comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, moving, loading and unloading furniture and equipment.
- Previous experience in a physically demanding, manual handling or labour-intensive role (e.g., furniture removals, facilities, logistics, warehouse or similar).
- Full UK driving licence and experience driving vans.
- Ability to work with technology and various software packages such as I-Auditor, Planon, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and independently manage tasks.
Working Hours
Onsite – all working hours and days will be carried out at the place of work. The company reserves the right to amend this working agreement where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
