TheInfrastructure Operations Engineer is responsible supporting the Sr. Infrastructure Operations Engineer withthe end-to-enddelivery ofVoice and Data Infrastructureservicesin support ofWarnerMediaproductionand associated businessoperations, locatedwithin WarnerMedia production locations, corecampus’sas well asglobalofficesandremote temporarylocations. In this position, you will work closely with the Sr. Infrastructure Operations Engineer, WarnerMedia’s Technology and Operations groupsto ensure that the network and telephony infrastructure needs are fully addressed, from inception to requirement gathering to delivery and ongoing support. TheInfrastructure Operations Engineer will also be responsible for supporting the Sr. Infrastructure Operations Engineerworkingalongside third parties and partners to ensure that work is being performed according to budgets and schedules, all while ensuring that quality and business agility needs are fully addressed. This full-time support position requires a candidate who is confident at communicating effectivelywithsenior management level and to a wide, diverse team, is flexible, pro-active, efficient,organizedand can work using their own initiative. Additionally, the ability to juggleeffectively, project managemultiple tasksand initiativesfrom multiple individuals and to be one step ahead is essential. Your Role Accountabilities… Management ofon-premisecommsclosets, cabling and data centers Supports day-to-day operational and support activities of the desktop computing, desktop, laptop, workstations and workplace support services Coordination of 3rdparties during project work orserviceoutagesincluding root cause analysis Assist in the collationof accurate asset, billing andservice-relateddocumentation Provides support to AV and VC equipment in meeting rooms and spaces Proactive meeting room checks Meeting room “how to” support Qualifications, Experiences & Requirements… Demonstrable experience of working within a managed service environment. Demonstrable experience of working within a technical environment. Extensive experience related to problem resolution Experience in a customer service orientated environment. Intermediate level MS Office skills (Including Outlook, Word and Excel) Working in the media sector, preferably in the film/television production industry Experience in working within studio environments and associated financial operating models Onsite Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
