Graduate Apprentice – FP&A – Warner Bros International Television Production (WBITVP). The role supports the finance team on financial planning, reporting, and analysis for local operating companies. It evolves over three years to take on increasing responsibility for month‑end, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support month‑end and quarterly forecast cycles by setting up and rolling forward reports.
  • Assist in month‑end close activities, including validations and cost‑centre analysis.
  • Schedule automated month‑end reports for daily delivery.
  • Maintain departmental calendar for key finance milestones and ensure compliance with Group reporting timetables.
  • Consolidate management information from Opco forecast models (risks, opportunities, capital expenditure, slates).
  • Run forecast data loads (DPL) and validation processes into SAP and Adaptive.
  • Create and maintain SAP AO reporting templates for management information needs.
  • Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and analysis for Business Partners and Executive Directors.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reports are available for management.
  • Complete other ad‑hoc tasks as requested.

Training & Development

  • Funding and study time to complete an accounting qualification over three years.
  • Mentorship from qualified professionals.
  • Exposure to SAP, AO (Analytics for Office), Power BI, Adaptive, and S4.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Solid GCSE and A‑Levels (or equivalent), including maths and a business or science‑based degree course.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or business, or an AAT Professional Diploma (Level 4).
  • Intention to obtain a qualified accountant qualification (e.g., CIMA).
  • Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and excellent written presentation skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel; SAP training will be provided.
  • Basic exposure to PowerPoint preferred.
  • Well‑organised, disciplined, prioritising workloads and managing time effectively.
  • Confident, self‑motivated, capable of taking initiative and working with limited supervision.
  • Professional communication with people at all levels.

Apprenticeship Details

  • Contract Length: 3 years.
  • Start Date: August 2026.
  • Qualification: Level 7 accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
  • Hands‑on experience on business‑critical projects.
  • Access to development courses, executive speakers’ series, and special screenings.
  • Part of the Early Talent network of over 100 interns and apprentices.

Hybrid Working
