Provide support and administrative assistance to the MD and Head of Wall to Wall and Twenty Twenty; Creative Director, UK – Wall to Wall; Creative Director, International – Wall to Wall and Director of Development - Wall to Wall.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, including urgent out-of-hours changes and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare meetings end‑to‑end: papers, room bookings, AV setup (Zoom/Teams), refreshments, and visitor reception.
- Organise UK and international travel (taxis, trains, flights, hotels) and attendance at festivals, conferences, and pitch meetings.
- Coordinate international pitches and award submissions with broadcasters, staff, freelancers, and overseas partners, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
- Support office operations through event organisation (screenings, staff events), expense processing, and maintenance of internal documents and logs.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information (e.g. programme ratings) and contribute to social media content.
- Work closely with production and development teams to ensure smooth office operations, systems improvement, and handle ad‑hoc duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Substantial experience in a similar role and knowledge of the television industry is essential.
- PC literate including software skills of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently to find solutions and answer queries.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, highly pragmatic and reliable.
- Flexible approach and outlook, comfortable with managing workloads and deadlines that may involve some occasional late working.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
