Your New Role
We are looking for a Production Operations Supervisor to support and oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of live and recorded productions from our West London facilities. Acting as a key operational lead across productions and events within our Chiswick and Stockley Park facilities, you will help ensure production requirements are planned, coordinated and delivered effectively across multiple teams, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your Role Accountabilities
Act as the operational lead where required for Chiswick-based deliverables, representing Production Operations in production meetings and acting as a key liaison with Production Management.
Ensure production information, event requirements and operational updates are clearly shared across all relevant GT&O departments.
Work closely with Production Resource, MCR, London Bookings, Engineering and other operational teams to ensure event details are accurate, aligned and distributed in a timely manner.
Support the planning and delivery of gallery positions, studio rigs, production set-ups and associated production requirements.
Check and confirm resource allocation documents and systems to ensure production requirements are appropriately covered and booked correctly.
