As part of the WBD UK Marketing department, you will shape and execute the digital media strategy across multiple channels, delivering exceptional performance and aligning campaigns with broader business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all WBD UK digital media activities across Search, Display, Video, and Social.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers across divisions to integrate digital components into campaign plans.
  • Drive audience‑centric, data‑driven media execution and ensure alignment with programmatic strategy.
  • Manage relationships with media partners and agencies, overseeing campaign briefing, KPI setting, and performance tracking.
  • Act as the key point of escalation for campaign issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Partner with Data Strategy & Insights to develop audience segments and leverage data for planning.
  • Champion innovation in digital media, challenging agency partners to grow capabilities and adopt emerging technologies.
  • Maintain best practices around brand safety, viewability, and compliance (e.g. GDPR).
  • Serve as the main contact for digital partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing and developing integrated digital media strategies and campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of the digital media landscape, including Social, Video, Display, Programmatic, and Search.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns across multiple business units.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tools (DMPs, DSPs, clean rooms) and data‑driven strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior teams.
  • Driven by creativity and a genuine passion for digital media.

Hybrid Working – this role is advertised as a hybrid work model combining remote and in‑office work, subject to applicable laws. WBD reserves the right to change the working agreement where essential to business needs.
