Your New Role… We are looking for the Data Analyst who will play a key role in delivering high-quality analysis, reporting and insight across the Audiences & Data function. Working closely with the Advanced Analytics Lead, this role supports the development and delivery of statistical analysis, analytical models and insight outputs that inform commercial decision-making.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Own the delivery of day‑to‑day analysis and insight, translating business questions into structured analytical outputs.
  • Analyse large, multi‑source datasets to identify trends, patterns and performance drivers.
  • Support the execution of advanced analytical models (e.g. regression, segmentation, multivariate analysis) led by the Advanced Analytics Lead.
  • Prepare, clean and validate datasets used in modelling work, proactively identifying data quality issues or inconsistencies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs using tools such as Power BI, Looker or similar.
  • Work closely with insights, commercial and product teams to understand analytical needs.

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Experience in a data analyst, analytics or insight role.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience analysing data using Excel, Python and/or R.
  • Experience creating dashboards or visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar.
  • Exposure to statistical modelling techniques (e.g. regression, segmentation, factor analysis).
  • Experience working with survey, audience, marketing or perception data.
  • Familiarity with media, advertising, brand or marketing effectiveness analytics.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
