You will support the planning and delivery of external communications strategies, campaigns and events that elevate Warner Bros. Discovery’s profile across the region. This role plays a key part in shaping the organisation’s external presence and helping promote key messages, initiatives and business priorities.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Support the delivery of external communications strategies, campaigns and events.
- Assist with drafting communication tools, briefing documents and press materials.
- Coordinate campaign launches and event logistics.
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the corporate press office, including media monitoring and timely handling of requests.
- Maintain press office distribution lists and track media moves to inform engagement plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, including affiliates, advertisers, retailers, production community and industry bodies.
- Support coordination across communications teams, attending briefings and maintaining activity trackers.
- Assist in delivering DEI & CSR communications programmes.
- Support internal communications by ensuring timely information flow and assisting with internal briefings and events.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in corporate communications, PR or media relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and press office processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Interest in the media, entertainment and broadcasting landscape.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in‑office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
