Your New Role
In this 12 month FTC as an Office Production Team Assistant, you will provide high-level support to leaders and play a key role in the daily operational running of the Wall to Wall and Twenty Twenty office in Bristol. Working closely across development, production, and office operations, you will help keep teams connected, organised, and focused.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Provide personal assistance to the Head of Wall to Wall West, the Director of Programmes, and the Creative Director of Twenty Twenty.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of a busy production office to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Support coordination and problem-solving across development, production, and office teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Bristol office-related matters.
- Receive all production deliverables and maintain accurate information relating to the company’s back catalogue.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong interest in working within TV production.
- Initial experience as a personal assistant or in event management is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, reliable, and practical, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Hybrid Working
This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
