As People & Culture Advisor, you will be providing seamless People & Culture advisory, generalist support, and administration. You will assist the UKI People & Culture Partnering team in supporting multiple business areas—including joint ventures and leaders based in the UK—and coordinate with US and EMEA colleagues as relevant. You will also interface across the People & Culture team on people‑related actions that engage other areas of the organization, such as Employee Connection, Compensation and Talent Acquisition.

Accountabilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for managers on employee matters
  • Lead employee relations end‑to‑end across sickness, absence, performance, conduct and grievances
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day interface with the Employee Connections team to facilitate all requests for headcount additions or changes, and ensure that job descriptions, org charts and other relevant reports are updated accordingly
  • Perform general administration and coordination activities, such as coordinating work experience, liaising with Finance on POs and invoices, and handling WorkDay tasks
  • Support the P&C Director and leaders with all people and organizational change and standard BAU people processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast‑paced, matrix organization
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Strong knowledge of the Workday system

Hybrid Working

This role is advertised as a hybrid work model, combining remote and in‑office work in accordance with current company policy. Working arrangements will be agreed with the Line Manager and may be adjusted by WBD / your Line Manager in response to business needs, subject to applicable laws and reasonable notice.
