The Role: This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for a confident self-starter who can manage the full UK Amazon account, drive profitable growth, and build a scalable framework for international expansion. You’ll take full ownership of Warmup’s Amazon presence, managing operations, SEO, PPC, content, pricing, promotions, and performance. This role suits someone commercially sharp, highly organised, and comfortable working autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the UK Amazon account end-to-end, with full responsibility for sales performance and KPIs.
  • Manage a portfolio of products via Seller Central (and Vendor where applicable).
  • Define and manage pricing, cost matrices, and promotional strategy to secure the Buy Box profitably.
  • Manage routes to market between FBA and FBM, forecasting demand and margin impact.
  • Conduct regular Amazon SEO audits, improving keyword coverage and organic visibility.
  • Optimise listings (titles, images, bullets, attributes, backend keywords) to improve ranking and conversion.
  • Set up and manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), reviewing ACoS / ROAS weekly.
  • Create and upload A+ Content and maintain a high-quality Brand Store presence.
  • Own and deliver a promotional calendar, including deals and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor account health, listing quality scores, reviews, and returns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Customer Support to resolve issues and scale performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ hands-on Amazon experience (Seller Central and Vendor Central).
  • Proven experience setting up, managing, and scaling Amazon accounts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon SEO, Amazon Advertising, and marketplace mechanics.
  • Commercially astute and data-driven, with a focus on ROI, margin, and profitable growth.
  • Confident managing pricing, promotions, and performance against revenue targets.
  • Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into clear actions.
  • Proficient with Excel and e-commerce analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Autonomous self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with technical, home, or building products.
  • Experience with EU or international Amazon marketplaces.
  • Experience with setting up or managing.
