WarmPro Group is expanding its Solar division and we are looking for driven, high-performing Sales Consultants to join our growing team. With warm leads provided daily, a proven delivery model, and a fast-scaling pipeline, this is a genuine opportunity to earn £80K+ OTE, with top performers exceeding £120K+.

You’ll be working with pre-qualified, warm inbound leads, engaging homeowners and commercial clients interested in solar solutions. This is not cold calling; it’s about closing quality opportunities and maximising conversion. You will guide customers through understanding their energy needs, recommending tailored solar solutions, presenting clear and compelling proposals, and closing deals while managing the customer journey through to installation.
