The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team and help drive the success of your store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
  • Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
