Key Responsibilities

As Clinical Data Manager, you will:

  • Support the resolution of coding discrepancies relating to medical events, medications and treatment procedures.
  • Maintain high-quality clinical data management documentation throughout the study lifecycle and support final study archiving.
  • Provide study-specific guidance and training to junior data management colleagues and data entry personnel.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance colleagues on relevant clinical data management QA activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional study teams and sponsor representatives to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

About You

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or a related field, combined with at least 2 years of relevant clinical trial data management experience; or
  • A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of the clinical data management lifecycle, including data capture, data cleaning, query management, validation, QC and database closure.
  • Experience working with clinical trial databases and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
  • An understanding of clinical trial regulations, industry guidance, standards and SOP-driven working environments.
  • Experience taking ownership of data management activities for clinical studies.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional study teams.
