I’m currently partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing digital health businesses as they continue to scale their obesity and GLP-1 treatment offering. This is a genuinely high-impact opportunity for a clinically and operationally strong Pharmacist Independent Prescriber who wants to help shape how large-scale, protocol-driven obesity care is delivered in the UK. This is not a traditional pharmacist role and not a passive governance position. The business is looking for someone who can build, optimise, and scale clinical operations in a fast-growth telehealth environment.
You’ll play a key role in:
- scaling prescribing operations
- improving patient flow and clinical throughput
- optimising GLP-1 protocols and workflows
- managing clinical capacity and rota planning
- driving governance and protocol adherence
- partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams
The environment is ambitious, fast-moving, and highly commercial, whilst maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and clinical quality.
Ideal Background
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist Independent Prescriber
- Experience within obesity, GLP-1, weight management, online pharmacy, or telehealth
- Strong operational leadership experience
- Comfortable managing KPIs, SLAs, staffing, and clinical workflows
- Experience building or implementing prescribing protocols
- Commercially aware with a systems/process mindset
