A global biotech organisation specialising in Oncology and Neurology diseases is now in need of a Medical Director to come on board their growing team. The successful Medical Director will have extensive experience working on launching new products into the market.
Core skills and experience required:
- 10+ years’ experience of launching new products.
- Previous experience launching Oncology and Neurology products.
- Extensive experience creating field launch strategies.
- Experience creating the KOL engagement strategies.
- Experience building field medical teams.
- Experience creating the listening strategies.
- Creating RWE strategies.
- Direct line management experience.
- Knowledge and insight into the local and regional codes of practice.
