Are you ready to lead innovative statistical science that directly impacts patient outcomes? We are seeking a Statistical Scientist Lead to drive advanced analytics across clinical, biomarker, and PK/PD studies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the design and interpretation of complex studies while collaborating with global teams and key stakeholders.

Why This Role Matters:

You’ll be part of a team that puts patients first—ensuring that clinical insights guide decision-making at every stage. Your expertise will support drug development programs from early-phase exploratory work to late-phase clinical studies, influencing regulatory submissions, publications, and strategic development decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead statistical support for complex and novel studies, acting as Study Statistician, Regional Statistician Lead, or Global Statistical Lead.
  • Provide strategic input on study design, analysis plans, and integrated data analyses to guide asset development.
  • Execute biomarker and PK/PD strategies, contributing to both marketed products and pipeline assets.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and HTAs on statistical matters.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and reproducibility of all statistical deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide other statisticians, fostering best-in-class data science practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • PhD or M.S. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related scientific field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience applying statistical methods in biomedical research, pharma, CRO, academia, or healthcare.
  • Solid experience with pharmacokinetics (PK) and advanced statistical methodologies.
  • Strong programming skills in SAS (knowledge of R is a plus).
  • Familiarity with clinical, regulatory, and commercial landscapes in an international context.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to multidisciplinary teams.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Hybrid Flexibility: Balance in-person collaboration with remote work to optimize productivity.
  • Impactful Work: Directly contribute to studies and analyses that improve patient outcomes.
  • Global Collaboration: Work with international teams and play a key role in strategic decisions.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to lead complex projects, mentor others, and expand your expertise.
  • Exceptional remuneration package.

This is a permanent, UK-based role. We are committed to building an inclusive environment and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. If you’re passionate about advancing patient-centric science and enjoy working at the cutting edge of statistical research, we want to hear from you.
