THE ROLE
Can you create viral content on the fly? Are you confident with CapCut, Canva, and shooting in 9:16? If so, this role might be for you. The Social-First Creative is a hands-on content maker who lives and breathes culture and social media. You’ll be fluent in content ideation, storyboarding, social filming, editing, and delivering highly engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You thrive in fast-paced environments, creating content daily and jumping on trends quickly to produce reactive, platform-native assets. You’ll bring a strong editorial eye and an instinct for translating cultural moments into impactful storytelling. Hyper-organised, detail-driven, and collaborative, you’ll work closely with the wider creative, strategy, and accounts teams to bring ideas to life. A strong understanding of LGBTQIA+ communities and a connection to culture-led conversations is key.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re after a natural content creator who’s deeply embedded in social trends, creator culture, and platform innovation. If you’re hungry, ambitious, and know how to cut through the noise on social, this role is for you. You thrive in lo-fi, fast-turnaround content environments. You can ideate and film trending content with minimal setup, and you have an instinctive understanding of short-form edits, trending audio, and community-driven formats. You bring fresh thinking, proactive energy, and can generate multiple content ideas daily. You’ve worked with creators and are excited to contribute your creative instincts across a culturally driven account for Warm Street.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead on creative ideation and content storyboarding across culture-first briefs
- Create social-first content daily — filming, editing, and delivering in lo-fi settings
- Bring new engagement tactics to the table — proactively reactive to culture and conversation
- Jump on reactive moments and respond in the brand’s tone of voice
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners to bring content to life
- Support brand shoots with filming, direction, and capture
- Edit video content for platform algorithms and audience engagement
- Keep assets, files, and timelines organised across projects
- Support the senior social media manager with account management and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience as a creative in a social agency preferred
- Proven experience in social-first content creation
- Strong video editing skills for TikTok and Reels
- Confident filming and directing small-scale shoots
- Comfortable turning around quick-fire content daily
- Ability to create lo-fi content aligned with platform trends
- Strong balance of creative flair and commercial awareness
- Hyper-organised with excellent project and asset management skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creators, clients, and internal teams
- Passion for culture, music, and digital storytelling
