Warfel Construction is looking for a Project Executive to join our team based in Delaware. This role provides executive oversight on the project level to ensure client satisfaction while establishing and leading a high performing Project Management Team, with defined responsibilities and direction. The Project Executive will communicate with the Client on a regular basis, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business in line with our Clients for Life mission. Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following: Executive contact to the client from Preconstruction, as applicable, through the construction process. Available for the Client calls if the Client wishes to discuss an issue with an Executive. Organize and lead a team of 3-5 Project Managers, provide direct oversight to their projects and take an active role in their development. Establish team revenue and margin goals in alignment with Warfel strategic plan. These goals will align with the overall organizational goals to ensure proper team size and company performance Assist Business Development
