Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Warehow

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Basic + £15,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Location: This role is hybrid, with a physical presence in our Worksop office. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely on a scheduled basis, with specific days in the office to facilitate collaboration and in-person meetings.

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be at the forefront of growth, connecting with potential clients and introducing them to our expert logistics solutions. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.

  • Prospecting & Outreach – Identify and engage e-commerce brands and marketplace sellers who need top-tier fulfilment services.
  • Qualifying Leads – Assess client needs and ensure a perfect fit with our logistics expertise.
  • Building Relationships – Cultivate connections with key decision-makers in the e-commerce and logistics industries.

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-motivated, driven professional who is passionate about sales and logistics.
  • Outstanding communication & negotiation skills with a talent for engaging clients.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is a plus.
