Stockroom Controllers wanted for a quick start this month in London. We have positions covering central, North, North East and South London and also Heathrow area.
Full time available 45 hours + week (lots of overtime available). Part time up to 20 hours per week.
Starting with £18.60 hour on days, £23.50 hour on nights and £28.50 for overtime and any bank holidays that you work. PAYE or Self-Employed roles. Paid each week on Friday or we can pay you on a monthly basis.
The Work
- Taking delivery of goods and signing the delivery notes or receipts
- Checking goods for missing or damaged items
- Unloading goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks
- Stacking goods in the correct place
- Keeping records of goods, normally on a computer
- Carrying out stock control on a regular basis
- Sometimes selling items to customers
- Picking, weighing or packing goods that have to be sent out
- Keeping the work areas clean and tidy
