We are working with a welcoming secondary schools in London seekingdedicated Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with young people or for graduates considering a future career in teaching.

The Role

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in lessons.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
  • Work alongside teachers and the SEND department to help students access learning.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils to improve confidence and achievement.
  • The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, sports coaching or similar.
  • Patient, proactive and adaptable.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
