We are working with a welcoming secondary schools in London seekingdedicated Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with young people or for graduates considering a future career in teaching.
The Role
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in lessons.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Work alongside teachers and the SEND department to help students access learning.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement.
- Build positive relationships with pupils to improve confidence and achievement.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, sports coaching or similar.
- Patient, proactive and adaptable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
