We have an exciting opportunity available for a Security Response Officer who will be an ambassador to represent our company, working at various events in London and surrounding areas. You will also support holiday cover, sickness, and additional works for the business. You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users.

- Hours: Average 24 hours per week
- Shifts: Various Shifts - Days, Nights & Weekends
Job Requirements:
- SIA Licence required
- Security and customer service experience is required
- Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needs
- Must have good command of English language
- Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
- Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas
- First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence is a bonus
- To have a smart appearance befitting the company
- Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our customers and service users
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet
- Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports
- To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language
- To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded
- Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems
- Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner
- Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, escalate and disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or incident on site
- The role includes conducting opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, and conducting emergency procedures
