As a Production Coordinator at Ware Malcomb, you will assist the Production Manager or Studio Manager by providing Revit and AutoCAD support for the production of project documents. You will assist with project coordination, company details & templates, library creation and maintenance. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or junior architect looking to gain exposure to multiple project stages while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Your Role:

  • Provide Revit and AutoCAD support for the preparation of project documents for Architectural and/or Interior Design projects from all Ware Malcomb offices.
  • Learn and apply both general and regional Ware Malcomb production standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience within the field of Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience with Revit and AutoCAD Software use.
  • Preferred Technical College Degree/Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Basic computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Word and Excel experience is preferred.

The compensation range is $25-$28/hr, plus benefits. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location. We may exceed the posted compensation range for candidates who surpass the posted requirements. At Ware Malcomb, certain roles are bonus eligible.
