As an intern at Ware Malcomb, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals. You will develop practical skills in a collaborative environment supported by structured training and dedicated mentorship. As a valued team member, your curiosity, creativity, and technical knowledge will contribute to real-world projects and your professional growth.

Interns will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the development of interior design concepts and documentation for a variety of projects. This is a paid internship for Summer 2026.

Your Role:
  • Provide AutoCAD and Revit support for the preparation of project documents
  • Assist in the production of graphics through the use of 3D renderings and computer illustrations
  • Assist in the creation of finish plans, specifications and material selections
  • Support the design lead with project coordination as it relates to design concepts
  • Assist with space planning and the creation of program documents
Qualifications:
  • Interns must be currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of an accredited architecture or design program
  • AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp knowledge
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite preferred
  • Prior internship experience preferred

The compensation range is $18-22/hr, plus benefits. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location.
