Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site New Homes Sales Consultant role based in Whitstable supporting new homes developments in and around Whitstable. The New Homes Sales Consultant will guide prospective buyers through the entire sales process, from initial enquiry and site tours to reservation and completion, ensuring a professional and positive buyer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing show homes and marketing suites, hosting viewings, qualifying leads, and presenting new homes features and benefits clearly and accurately. The role involves working closely with developers, conveyancers, and mortgage advisors to help progress sales, handle negotiations, and achieve agreed sales targets. The consultant will also keep records updated in CRM systems, follow compliance and company procedures, and contribute to local marketing activities and events to generate interest in new homes developments.
Qualifications
- Strong new homes sales or property sales experience, with proven ability in New Home Sales and upselling of additional products such as mortgage advice and conveyancing support.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building rapport, understanding buyer needs, and providing a positive experience.
- Effective Negotiation skills to support offers, reservations, and sales progression while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
