Due to our continued success and growth during 2025 and 2026, we have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, 5 years PQE, to join our busy and highly regarded conveyancing team in our Nailsea office.
You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:
- Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
- Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
- Re-mortgaging
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
Location and working hours: Full-time (office hours are 9.00am β 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) in our Nailsea office. We offer hybrid working on a 3 days in the office 2 days at home basis post an induction period in the office.
