We have vacancies for a talented and ambitious Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury solicitor, to join our highly regarded, Legal 500 recognised Team in our award-winning firm. The role would initially be based at our Staple Hill office working with the Head of Department Alison Underhill. We have a high-quality caseload and support our clients through complex and often life changing claims. The Team is supported by all other departments within the business working closely with our Trusts, Court of Protection and Wills & Probate Teams.

- Running cases from onboarding of the clients to settlement or trial.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Strong communication skills both at professional and client level.
- Paying attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- IT awareness and the ability to work paper light.
- Excellent soft skills and the ability to advise clients clearly and sensitively.
- Confidence to network effectively and work with the Marketing Team on initiatives.
