Junior role for a dynamic individual that will support sellers with client reporting, campaign kick-off and delivery. Own monthly reporting and post-campaign wrap-ups. Manage and grow our affiliate partner network, including CPA negotiation. Keep our trackers and pipeline accurate and up to date. Must have an existing work visa in place for at least 3 years; we cannot sponsor applicants.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or strong interest in fashion, media, or digital publishing, with an understanding of premium and luxury brands.
  • Good understanding of numbers and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Slides).
  • Comfortable in client-facing meetings and communication.
  • Skills in partnership coordination, affiliate management, and relationship support for brands and third-party platforms.
  • Ability to work with data and analytics tools to track affiliate performance, conversions, and campaign results.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in content and reporting.
  • Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendar systems).
