They must have an ability to deal with difficult situations and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work and will be willing to work additional hours in exam seasons to ensure all deadlines are met. This would be a part of discussion prior to appointment.
The main objectives and purpose of the post are:
- To support the effective and efficient administration of all exams at Warden Park Secondary.
- To support the Exams Officer and Leadership Team in ensuring that the school is compliant with exam board regulations.
