Positions available:

  • Full‑time permanent – 37 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm), term time only with an extra day outside term time.
  • Part‑time permanent – 3 days per week (22.5 hours), with an extra day outside term time.

Salaries: Grade C £24,796 – £25,185 per fte. Pro‑rata rates are £20,828.58 – £21,155.34 for full‑time or £12,666.03 – £12,864.74 for part‑time.

We are seeking highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated School Administrators to join our friendly and supportive team. The Office Administrator will:

  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a flexible attitude towards work.
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
  • Work autonomously and as an effective team member reporting to the Office Manager.
  • Display a calm, positive attitude and manage multiple tasks in a busy school office environment.
  • Hold prior school experience (preferred but not essential).
