Overview
We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated School Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. The School Office Administrator will have a flexible attitude towards work and recognition of the confidentiality of the role is key. The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and visitors to the school is also necessary.
The ideal candidate must be well organised, with the ability to work using their own initiative, and an effective team member reporting to the Office Manager. This person will demonstrate a calm, positive attitude with the ability to multitask within an extremely busy school office environment. Previous school experience would be preferred but all applications will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
- Work with initiative and as part of a team, reporting to the Office Manager.
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy school office while staying composed and organized.

What the school offers its staff: Warden Park Secondary Academy is a fantastic school to work in. The academy is well respected in the local community, has a long tradition for excellence and strong student outcomes. Our students are generally above average ability on intake, have a strong work ethic and high standards of behaviour. The academy is oversubscribed for the 300 Year 7 places each year. Places in the Special Support Centre (SSC), which caters for 24 students with Education Health and Care Plans, are equally sought after.
