We are seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join a dedicated on-site security team in London.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of security across a modern, multi-tenant commercial environment. You will possess a strong background in corporate security, demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, and be confident operating CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems. You will also be required to respond effectively to emergencies, conduct regular patrols, monitor access, and provide a professional and welcoming presence to all staff, visitors and contractors.
Role Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervision Licence required.
- SIA CCTV Licence preferable.
- Proven experience as a Security Officer.
- Experience within a corporate, multi-tenant commercial or high-profile environment.

Main Duties:
- Act as a professional point of contact for staff, tenants, visitors and contractors.
- Provide a welcoming and customer-focused front-of-house security service.
- Monitor entrances and maintain a vigilant security presence.
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
- Operate and monitor the fire alarm control panel, responding appropriately to alerts and activations.
- Manage visitor and contractor access and accurately record site activity.
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of public areas, tenant perimeters, loading bays and plant rooms.
- Inspect doors, barriers, locks and other physical security assets.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, suspicious activity and security breaches immediately.
- Respond effectively to fire alarms, medical emergencies, security incidents and other emergencies.
- Deal with conflict appropriately and professionally when required.
- Complete detailed incident reports and shift handover entries to the required standard.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness of health and safety risks.
- Deter criminal activity and identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Work independently and use initiative when responding to incidents or issues.
- Maintain professional standards and provide excellent customer service at all times.
