You will deliver an exceptional experience for staff, tenants, and visitors while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Working closely with security, facilities, cleaning, and catering teams, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and supporting daily building operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, staff, and tenants with professionalism and courtesy. Manage reception duties, visitor access, and access control systems. Maintain a safe and secure environment by following security procedures and responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies. Conduct visitor management, monitor security systems, and complete accurate reports. Work collaboratively with on-site teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Follow health and safety, security, and company policies at all times. Support emergency procedures, including fire evacuation and first aid where required. Essential Skills & Experience Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and well-presented. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. SIA Door Supervisor licence (or willingness to obtain one). First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training). Previous experience in a customer-facing, corporate, hospitality, or security role is desirable.
