We are looking for a proactive and professional Security Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service standards. As Security Manager, you will play a critical role in protecting our client’s people, property, and assets while leading and developing a high-performing security team. You will be the key point of contact for all site security operations, ensuring compliance, professionalism, and operational excellence at all times. Position: Security Manager

Location: Education setting, High Wycombe

Salary: £49,000 per annum

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 19:00

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and supervising all security personnel on site
  • Ensuring staffing levels and rosters meet contractual requirements
  • Acting as the first point of contact for security and staff-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate incident logs, reports, and operational documentation
  • Conducting regular patrols and overseeing site access control procedures
  • Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems and responding appropriately to incidents
  • Leading emergency response procedures, evacuations, and incident management
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and security legislation
  • Supporting and developing team members through coaching and training
  • Liaising closely with clients to maintain excellent service delivery standards
  • Managing visitor records, key control systems, and goods in/out procedures
  • Identifying and reporting suspicious activity and security risks
