We’re looking for a Junior Administrator to join our Central Hub team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career within operations, administration and compliance, while working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same.
Location: Ward Security HQ, Chatham Dockard House: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £26500+
What will you be doing?
- You’ll play an important role in supporting our operational teams, sites and officers, helping to make sure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and professional administrative and telephone support to our sites and operational teams.
- Managing and maintaining company systems to ensure information and contract details are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating uniform orders, ensuring officers and sites have everything they need to deliver an excellent service.
- Allocating uniform to employees and keeping accurate records across your designated portfolio.
- Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure uniform requirements are delivered effectively.
- Supporting client meetings and discussions around uniform provision.
- Ensuring compliance documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company processes.
- Supporting the management of Purchase Orders and invoices, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate.
- Supporting monthly supplier KPI reviews and helping identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining excellent administrative housekeeping and ensuring company assets and records are properly managed.
- Looking for ways to make processes more efficient, effective and streamlined.
- Supporting wider operational projects and taking on additional responsibilities when required.
