What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering cost management and commercial advice across multiple projects.
- Managing budgets, cost plans, procurement, and contract administration.
- Leading client interactions and providing strategic input.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Contributing to project success from inception through to completion.
Who are we looking for:
- Consultancy (PQS) experience, ideally at Senior level.
- MRICS qualified, or working towards it.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
- Confidence managing projects and building client relationships.
- A proactive, collaborative approach.
