We’re looking for someone with solid experience in a construction consultancy environment, confidence in client delivery, and the ambition to grow their career. You’ll be working at the forefront of high-profile projects across a range of sectors, including:

Our team works across multiple sectors, including healthcare, higher education, theatres, fine dining, and everything in between. Projects range from smaller refurbishments to new builds valued up to £80 million. We aim to develop well-rounded team players who aren’t confined to a single sector, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across a wide variety of projects. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team of 12, with a strong culture of balancing hard work with fun. No milestone goes uncelebrated — whether it’s winning a bid, buying a house, or delivering a challenging output, we take the time to acknowledge both professional and personal achievements.

Your profile To support and assist with the provision of project management services, including technical advice, pre and post-contract project management services.

  • MRICS qualification or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. MCIOB, APM) or a clear commitment to achieving chartered status.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consultancy project management in construction.
  • Able to demonstrate experience across several sectors and types of projects.
  • Proven experience in delivering Programs and Project management.
  • Self-motivated and can set project direction aligned with business goals, inspire teams, and drive performance across multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Skilled in budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and maximising profitability best value while delivering quality.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets.
  • Proficient in managing various contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, etc.) and ensuring the commercial success of projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage complex and challenging project timelines, ensuring milestone achievement.
  • Experience and understanding of using Asta Power Project and/or MS Project would be advantageous.
  • Ensures projects adhere to regulatory standards, health & safety requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Capable of leading through change—whether in scope, schedule, or resources—while maintaining team focus and morale.
  • Clear, concise communicator with ability to report progress, challenges, and strategies to leadership and clients.
