Join our Twigworth office as a key member of our QS team, delivering extensive Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services across sectors including commercial, residential, public, and private projects. We are looking for candidates who:
- Serve as a senior member of the Ward Williams QS team, delivering projects from inception to completion as either a sole QS or team leader.
- Are members of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Are passionate about ethical practices concerning people, places, and the planet.
- Have experience across sectors, including residential (essential) and commercial development/infrastructure.
- Can independently manage projects at any RIBA stage (pre-contract/post-contract).
- Are proficient in JCT contracts (essential) and familiar with NEC contracts (desirable).
- Possess strong client relationship skills.
- Can analyze and present complex data clearly.
- Are aware of B Corporation objectives, social value, and sustainable construction principles.
- Have consultancy experience (essential).
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and cost management software (e.g., CADMeasure, iTWO costX).
- Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex issues to diverse audiences.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, fostering a motivated environment.
- Can lead and inspire junior team members.
