You will be supported and encouraged to make a positive impact, allowing for an authentic culture where people are supported and trusted. You are not just an employee; you are our future, and we commit to investing in you. If you have ideas, brilliant - we want to help you achieve your goals!

We’re seeking a talented, dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join our new growing team in Oxford. If you’re ready for career progression, greater visibility, and the chance to make a real impact, this is an opportunity to thrive in a business that both challenges and supports you.

  • Impact – You want to be part of something that matters and care about creating positive change for clients, communities, and the environment.

  • Commercial
  • Residential
  • Education
  • Health
  • Heritage
  • Public and private sector schemes

As a Quantity Surveyor in our newly opened Oxford office, you will be joining a small but growing team of Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Building Surveyors. The office is still in its early stages, so this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new and help shape the culture and direction of the team.

You will be working collaboratively across a varied portfolio of projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes for our clients. Our approach combines the professionalism, resources, and technical expertise of a national consultancy with the flexibility and close-knit atmosphere of a smaller office. The team in Oxford is supportive and committed to ongoing development. You will have access to strong mentoring, structured learning opportunities, and the chance to broaden your experience across different sectors and project types. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to make a real impact, develop their career, and contribute to the growth of a new office.

As the Oxford office expands, you will play an important role in strengthening the team, helping to build relationships with new clients, and supporting the delivery of work to the high standards Ward Williams is known for.
