You will provide general administrative support and advice, including inputting information to our HR database, dealing with all external and internal HR documentation relating to starters, contract changes and leavers, plus all policies, processes and procedures., * Be the first point of call for answering the telephone and handling HR queries

  • Logging call history

  • Managing the HR inbox and filing correspondence

  • Recording client queries and creating monthly reports

  • Manage the administration process for all new starters, contract changes and leavers including preparing all documentation throughout the employee lifecycle

  • Prepare and issue offers of employment

  • Collate payroll information for clients, liaising with payroll departments and ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Manage all administration in respect of the Company’s benefit schemes including healthcare, childcare vouchers and pensions

  • Update and manage the HR Database ensuring the accurate recording and maintenance of all data, uploading new clients and proving guidance/Training to clients

  • Maintain all employee files for joiners and leavers

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task and prioritise, have strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have previous administrative experience and maybe looking to secure your next role within a busy and dynamic HR team., * Previous administrative experience desirable

  • Strong IT skills including, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Excellent organisational skills and team player

  • An enthusiastic and friendly approach to completing tasks and working with the team

  • Ability to provide a professional approach ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
