You’ll join a close-knit team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, working collaboratively across a diverse portfolio of projects. These include commercial, residential, healthcare, education, heritage, and both public and private sector schemes. Projects typically range from £500k to £50m+, offering exposure to both new build and complex refurbishment work.

You will:

  • Work closely with senior team members and Partners
  • Gain hands‑on experience across all RIBA stages
  • Be supported through structured development and mentoring
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project teams

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years’ PQS consultancy experience
  • MRICS qualification (or working towards it)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, procurement, and contract administration
  • Experience working with JCT and NEC contracts
  • Proven ability in cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
  • Experience managing project costs through to final account
  • Strong communication and client‑facing skills
  • A proactive and problem‑solving mindset

Technical skills:

  • Experience with cost management software (e.g. CostX, Bluebeam or similar)
  • Confident in Microsoft 365
