Horst Systems is hiring field labourers to help us build and maintain grain bins that support critical agricultural infrastructure across Ontario. This is hands-on, physical work in fast-paced, all-weather conditions. We are looking for people who work hard, work safely, and finish what they start.
We are hiring labourers in the following areas:
- Millwright Labourer – mechanical work, installs, repairs, and support
- Concrete Labourer – forming, pouring, finishing, and site prep
- Bin Building Labourer – erecting grain bins and grain-handling systems
Experience in any of these areas is an asset but not required. Wages range from $19/hour to $27/hour, depending on experience.
