Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Identify and qualify new customers
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare and present product proposals
- Customer Account Management
- Manage relationships with existing customers
- Ensure repeat business through excellent service
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Quoting post-secondary in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of B2B or customer-facing sales experience, ideally in agriculture
- Proven track record in sales achievement and customer relationship management
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- Positive, resilient, and results‑driven mindset
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships, handle objections professionally, and deliver exceptional service
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities, taking initiative, and collaborating with internal teams
- Technical aptitude to assess customer sites, interpret layouts, and follow safety protocols
