This is a new position currently available.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Travel across rural Ontario with your crew.
- Assist in building grain bin structures by pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete.
- Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.
- Follow direction from leadership.
- Support material handling and site setup.
- Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture while continuing to develop your skills.
Your day to day will look like this:
- Regular travel around rural Ontario with your construction crew; occasional overnight stays required.
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety.
- Follow instructions from Crew Leader/Foreman and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications.
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools in the assembly and installation of grain bin structures.
- Operate and maintain concrete tools and power equipment.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies to and from job sites.
- Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques.
