Classification: Full-time, permanent, hourly

Compensation: $19-$25/hour + health care spending account + pension plan + eligibility for year end bonus

This is a new position currently available.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Travel across rural Ontario with your crew.
  • Assist in building grain bin structures by pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete.
  • Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Follow direction from leadership.
  • Support material handling and site setup.
  • Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture while continuing to develop your skills.

Your day to day will look like this:

  • Regular travel around rural Ontario with your construction crew; occasional overnight stays required.
  • Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety.
  • Follow instructions from Crew Leader/Foreman and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications.
  • Pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools in the assembly and installation of grain bin structures.
  • Operate and maintain concrete tools and power equipment.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies to and from job sites.
  • Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques.
